Leonardo Bello is the star surgeon in the fictional television show "Wish Come True: Miracle Surgery!", having attended the same medical school as Kanae Tsuji.
Design[]
Leonardo is a middle aged man who sports a slightly rustic look, with an outfit composing of blue slacks, a decorative belt along with a yellow dress shirt and an ascot which gives off a slightly florid aesthetic. His conceptart appearance remains nearly the same, except for the ascot's design change, his slacks colored brown and the slightly green eye tint.
Personality[]
He presents himself on television as overly confident, cocky and tends to look down on others as a front for dramatic effect. To his competitors, he often nitpicks on their skills and speed. Despite his talent, he charges ahead as a capable surgeon without letting anyone push him over.
Profile[]
His first appearance is on episode 4-3, wishing luck to a previous patient's recovery, and upon the host's question of his source of ire, he criticizes Caduceus for spending "~300 million dollars" per year on "wasteful" research which yield little to no results in the field of medicine. After a surprise visit by Valerie and Markus and the operation's conclusion, he then brings up a challenge in which two patients with a similar condition will be treated better. Episode 4-4 ends with his victory, having finished earlier than his competitors. His next and final appearance in episode 4-5 has him operate on a patient afflicted with Ops, which even with his skills and ability could not handle the difficulty, leaving him to collapse of exhaustion with his competition rushing in to take over and complete the operation.
He possess a "Distraction Block" variant of Healing Touch, which allows him to operate on one aneurysm per second during a segment of the show. He seems to be in possession of the the ability yet is not employed by Caduceus.
