Heather Ross is one of the new main characters, along with Adel Tulba in the game, Under the Knife 2. She has the same international license as Angie, and worked at Elysium, then Caduceus USA and then Caduceus USA East Branch. Heather was a personal nurse to Emilio Juarez.
